6000

The Zoom 6000 family of video microscope imaging systems offers optical quality and mechanical flexibility. A wide range of lens adapters and attachments are available that allow you to easily choose the magnification, field of view and working distance that best suits your viewing needs.

All Zoom 6000 models have a 6.5X parfocal zoom lens system with a total magnification range at the monitor of 3.5X to 1350X. Working distances can be varied from 36mm (1.5") to 355.6mm (14") and fields of view can be achieved from 146.6mm to 0.03mm.

The Zoom 6000 System is ideal for inspecting a wide range of products, such as semiconductor chips, PC boards, tool bits and watch parts.  It increases productivity by reducing the operator stress and eye fatigue normally associated with binocular or stereo microscopes. The system is easy to use and displays crisp, clear images on any monitor for individual or group viewing.

The Zoom 6000 system reaches a true telecentric condition in the range of 1.8X to 10X. The portion of this magnification range that reaches telecentricity depends on the combination of lens attachments and adapters.  At the position where the system reaches telecentricity, constant perspective and magnification are maintained.   This means that even if the object is slightly out of focus, the size of the image will not change.  This is important for applications involving precise dimensional object measurement or pattern recognition.

Navitar's Zoom 6000 is a complete series of ultra high magnification video optics for use in video inspection and quality control. It has interated High Contrast Video Response (HCVR) to match the color response of video cameras and monitors. All glass and metal surfaces are specially treated to prevent ghosting. Both the optical design and manufacturing have been optimized for maximum performance. This gives you the benefit of true color rendition and enhanced contrast. You see the bright, crisp images with sharper edges for better viewing.
