Tokai Hit ThermoPlate

Tokai Hit THERMOPLATE

The Tokai Hit ThermoPlate uses a special transparent heating material coated onto hard glass. The Thermo Plate can be used for observing or manipulating specimens under phase contrast, DIC ( differential interference contrast ) and polarization. That flat plate surface ensures easy operation of the microscope and relocation of the specimen.

A sensor built into the plate ensures excellent heat conductivity between the temperature sensor and the middle part of the plate section, minimizing temperature overshoot at start-up and temperature fluctuation of the plate surface due to environmental disturbances.

PID Controllers (proportional–integral–derivative controllers) insure quick start-up, precise temperature control and temperature stability at all times while minimizing temperature overshoot.

Tokai Hit ThermoPlate

ThermoPlate from Tokai Hit is an optical clear glass heating device that provides consistent temperature control of specimen from directly beneath during microscope observation and or manipulation.

ThermoPlate is available for a wide range of microscope manufactures and microscope configurations.

Key Features:
  • Accurate Specimen temperature Control
Since ThermoPlate is a clear glass heating device your specimen is heated from directly from beneath during observation.

  • Wide Efficient Viewing Area
Because ThermoPlate is a clear glass heating device, multiple specimens can be heated at the same time and observed without the hassle of relocating the specimens.

  • Quick Start-up
The use of PID Controllers (proportional–integral–derivative controllers) insure quick start-up, precise temperature control and temperature stability while minimizing temperature overshoot.
